Well, my title's been revoked, and with my current job woes and moving, I still don't have enough time to devote to the site and on top of it all it looks like I may need surgery on my nose....

...So, I'm sorry to say my work on the website is basically delayed indefinitely.

Just old injuries from martial arts catching up on me. Looks like I may need a plate in my nose to hold things together in a way that doesn't cause me extreme pain.

So, in terms of will I continue living and functioning? Yeah, I'm ok. Just in a bit of pain.

On the other hand, I've found the unlike every other type of painkiller I've tried, opiates actually affect me.

Sorry to hear about all your troubles, Xanth... god knows life always gets busy when you least expect it to... least want it to... *shakes fist at the sky*


A website is still in the works, however... Xanth has other, more important things to focus on, so I'll be drumming up a new design from scratch and throwing it up within the next couple of weeks (life is busy for me too, ya'll. whoops). That is, unless Xanth would consent to use a tweaked version of the design I mocked up based on his code structure (with credit, of course!). That'd get things moving faster.

As far as community blogs go, I'm not sure. It WOULD be a neat idea, but we're a rather small pocket on the interwebs with a large amount of users. So I'm not sure how realistic that would be. But I like the idea enough to discuss it with the team after the basic site goes live.

Well, I'd still like to help out as possible, and you're welcome to use whatever I have or left lying about, as it's been made for the community, it's be pretty shitty of me to deny it now. If I do have time, I'm more than happy to provide it, too.

As of right now, I really don't see myself having any real 'free' time until at least mid-June.

As for blogs, I know I could set something up like that, but I think there's a module for the forum you can get that already does that. Kahoku could probably look into it.
