* not feeling real
* questioning if everything else is real
* wishing to be dead/ plotting your own death
* alone (not the same as lonely)
* not fitting in a physical body
* not wanting to be seen in a physical sense
* having no name
* sense of wanting to go home/ sense of not having a home to go back to
* talking feels unnatural
* constant feeling of forgetting something but not knowing what
More:
* zoning out, but not specifically daydreaming
* feeling like your relatives are not your real family
* a constant feeling or running out of time, or that something is over or coming to an end
* thinking "it doesn't matter since I'll eventually be dead" whenever something undesirable happens
* sleeping a lot, enjoying not being awake
* dreams feel real & the waking world feels fake
* an acceptance of death in general as part of the natural cycle of things
* hoping to disappear or turn to dust rather than go to heaven or reincarnate
* an understanding that life is fundamentally pointless and all living things are fundamentally insignificant
