The unreleased beta's should be able to be installed in the same way as any other theme or style is. Usually on those forums the creator has a link that you can use to download the style from; from there, you jam it on your server however you see fit and install it through your administrator console.

But the Gold release of 3.0 is different (in the code) than the RCs/Betas, so they lock up when trying to post or change the skin.
