I noticed the IRC address on the homepage, so I'm wondering, how could you set up the chat in an IRC client?

You don't even need IRC to use it, that's part of the appeal I think. Just click on the link on the homepage and it opens right in your browser window. My iPod doesn't have Java (not supported) and I barely use my computer for this website, so I was looking for how to set up the chat in an IRC client, there are several of them for the iPod touch.

I would recommend consulting the documentation for your client. I'm not familiar with iPod/iPhone apps but if it's like Android, the app info page should have a link to the developer's site, where hopefully you'll find a quick start guide.

Give a guy a few minutes to respond before you poof if you actually want to talk alright!
I'm in there all the time but I'm ALSO doing other stuff, like my homework,.. and so it "may" take up to 10 minutes for me to get to the chat and say hi.
Your last visit to the chat was under a minute long!

No one really used it and I'm pretty sure the only person who knows how to work it out is 'hoku, so we'll see if zie pops their head in and adds their $.02.
