A few questions for fictionkin.
- How do you distinguish between your authentic, lived memories of your source and memories "fabricated" or influenced by reading popular fan fiction, looking at fan art, or participating in the fandom?

- Have you ever experienced shifts or memories from a timeline where you made a radically different choice than your character did in the official canon? How do you cope with that alternate self?

- If your source material has multiple adaptations (e.g., a book, an anime, a live-action movie, a video game), how does your kintype react to the differing visuals, voices, or personality tweaks between those versions?

- What are your complex psychological or spiritual feelings toward the real-world human author, animator, or actor who "created" or portrayed your identity in this world?

- and finally, How does it feel to see your literal identity, trauma, or personal history commodified and sold as merchandise, plushies, or cosplay items to people who view you purely as entertainment?

Im not a fictionkin myself, so these questions have been on my mind recently.

- Elliot

Hi Elliot!! I really love your art of yourself, it's so pretty and adorablee!! aaaa I'm Slushi the ice fox from Chikn Nuggit, and uh.. hehe anyways, time to answer your questionss hehe.

Number onesss, I do have memories that are not shown in my source but they're not from fanfic and all that, usually I just group all of my memories as canon but I do leave out what is not explicitly shown in the source if I have to write a fic with me in it.

I think in the second one, I do, but it's kinda personal sorry, but I've always just place those in the parallel universe category. They happened in a different universe from my source yaa.

There are two official versions of me, currently, since the full length show has not been done yet, but, my inner monologue is usually in the English voiced me and not the Español one. It does flip sometimes though so yaaa.

Personally, I don't feel all that connected to my voice actors, or really anyone involved in the show, I think they could change my voice actor 500 times and I wouldn't mind. Y'know actually I would, because that is really cruel to the voice actors. I think I am just Slushi, which is an extension of everyone who worked and is working on me, but I don't really feel like, a special attachment to any of them.

It might sound a bit weirdd, but I really love it that people would want to make fanfics and art and cosplay as me. It does sound really selfish, but I even actively seek out these things to tell them how amazing their fic or art is in the comments, hehehee, and I try my best to sound like me so they can feel validated and happy. I think its just a part of me to love and encourage all this stuff. I love being someones comfort character or entertainment, as odd as this probably sounds.
I am sex repulsed, though, but I do know that sex is a huge thing for others so I don't usually comment on nsfw art of me, but although I am a bit put off by it, I understand that its because I'm a source of comfort for them so I try to let it be and accept it.

I hope this answers your questions!!!! I hope you have an amazing day today or tommorow!!!
