phpBB errors

For quite a while now (months, at least; maybe a year or more?) whenever I post I see multiple lines of error message similar to the following at the top of the page when it is forwarding me back to the post I just made:

This doesn't seem to hurt the actual action of posting, as the post goes through. However, I discovered tonight by trying to log in via a browser where either my login cookie had expired or was never set that it also prevented me from logging in:

The page after the login attempt claims that the login was successful, but when it forwards me back to the page I started from (e.g. the board front <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://forum.otherkinphenomena.org/">http://forum.otherkinphenomena.org/</a><!-- m -->) I am still served the logged-out page.

No hope for this, eh? I was trying to solve some other problem on another website by experimenting with a private browsing window, which wiped my cookies in that profile. Now I can't get logged in again there because the board apparently won't set proper cookies. (I tried hacking it by copying over the working cookies from the "good" profile, but to no avail, which doesn't make sense to me, but there it is.)

Additionally, I got this when trying to send Terro a PM about it:
