Though if I may, I would suggest instead of the blue-fading background, set it to the same green value as the table background image, fading to a lighter value of green. (Kind of like what I had going on here.)

haha, I see what you did there.

I'm not liking the current color/background and layout too well. I tihnk what I may do is rip out the current colors/images, work the layout to completion, then come back and add the colors and images afterwards.

That's my current thought-proccess, but it's about 0130 and I'm going to be, might have some time to put more work into it tomorrow.

Aye, the colour scheme is always tweakable, but I do still like the skeletal structure that's been mocked up.
Don't wear yourself out, but keep up the good work

i'm not a huge fan of green myself, but i like that little pattern you have there. why not use the pattern for the background, and a solid color for the text area?

Hmm...might finish the layout and just leave the colors as-is for now, fix them later if fixing is required.

Re: So, I'm making the website!
The title is partially cut off on our screen. The fade doesn't work well with the inner table as you have it; the cutoff is abrupt. It would look better if there is a border.

I think that if you keep this design, a two-color fade in the background and a white inner table would be a better choice. Then you can also use a dark version of one of the colors for the text, rather than the black. Right now, it looks to me like the text should match more closely, but got forgotten.

On the next demonstration page, it would be helpful if you could stuff it with enough text so that one has to scroll to see the whole page. Speaking of which, is the background fixed or scrolling?

Can you send me a screenshot of this issue?

The background right now, is scrolling. I could changed that based on how the rest of it comes together, next prototype will probably appear tomorrow sometime.

I can ad some lipsum, if that will help, no problem.

Ipsum on the next one, please, so that we can see what it'll look like when scrolling.

ETA: The screen is 1280x800, maximized vertically, in that screenshot.

Re: So, I'm making the website!
It looks like the css isn't fully loading for you for some reason. The border images aren't loaded and the text isn't fully formatted.
I'm not sure what would be causing that for you.
