Points shop items

Is anyone able to add items to the points shop (Eli maybe)? I was thinking of adding a few things like the otherhearted symbol if it's possible.

that would be really cool! if theres not already a way to do that, id support it being implemented if possible

We should make a list of things like this.

(No idea how hard or much work any of this entails...)

1. More points shop items

2. more emojis / smilies (yes, both, sometimes just want standard smilies)

3. 'View today's posts' changed to 'View this week's posts'

I'm open to make points shop items, also if you have any wishes concerning that! I still have 2 in my gallery I'd like to add.

I think it would be even better if 'view today's posts' would be changed to something like 'recent posts', where you can view posts over the 1 day/week mark, but it would have to show the posts otherwise it looks like another subforum... but I think changing anything like that is something Dusty would have to do (and he doesn't have much time atm so don't know if he'd be able to do that)

Exactly! We're not active enough to make 'today's posts' work.

If you skip ONE day, whatever it is is GONE. It's how a lot of stuff gets ignored I think...

Now, I've seen forums that have 'posts since your last visit' but IDK what forum S/W that was.

Yes, it's going to have to wait, but if there's no 'wish list' then if there IS time, it's not in que.

Maybe changing it from today's posts to a weekly one would be as simple as changing a value from 24 to 168? It might not be a huge thing to do. I could be very wrong though xD

Okay, I found where to add these. We just need the emojis that are either created by us or under creative commons and I should be able to implement them. If you want to add new emojis, start a new emoji thread, one new emoji per post please.

I changed the "number of latest discussions to show on the portal page" from 10 to 25 so hopefully this helps.

But, I don't think I can do that now, life upside-down.

There still only show up the posts from today and yesterday, it might have changed something different on the portal page? I did some research on how to do it but haven't really found anything helpful.

Bummer. I'll try to mess around again with it, see what I can figure out. I had the same luck with research beforehand too though.
