Is there a FAQ?

Is there a FAQ?

Now that I think about it...no, no FAQ. (I should put one together...)

In short, some of that stuff was ported over from the parent hosting site of Therian Guild.

Reputation/Give Thanks = Giving thanks to a member who you agree with/liked what they said/were nice to/etc. That then boosts their reputation on their profile.

Contribution Stars = They're for how long you've been active on the forum, like how many posts you have. I've been here for years with a lot of posts, so I have a lot of stars.

Points/Points Shop = If you go to the Site Extras at the top of the forum, there's a link for the shop. There, you can spend points (which you get from posting) on little icons to display in your profile.

It's all in good fun. Wink

See, that's a problem. One should be able to publicly give support on that post. Anon, if it must be. IDK if MyBB can do that, but it's what I'm used to. 'Likes'.
.
I'm honestly glad that there is no classic like & dislike system going on here. If I write something stupid I'd rather be told so, not disliked into oblivion. Embarrassed

Yes, I know I'm paranoid...

But it is public? I mean, members can give thanks to other members, and then it shows up in your profile. You should be able to click on any member's reputation and see who gave it to them and on what post.

I guess I didn't phrase that right. Not the first or last time... Wink
I mean the post itself showing a like as well.

Oh, okay. Well you can actually rate threads themselves too. At the top of a thread, it says "thread raring" and there there are 5 stars and you can choose how many to leave. Does that help?
Yes, that did help.

Don't wanna make a new thread...
