If you go to OKP's homepage, and click on the Paypal donate link on the bottom left, and as long as you have a Paypal account, you should be able to donate regardless of your age.

update - the USD value is a little higher this year, due to exchange rates.

Update: Annual payment was made - € 53.46 or roughly $70.
