i guess everyone should copy their own topics. if much was said in the old forums, you can link it, but be aware that new members won't be able to see it.

is an option in the phpBB admin panel to back up a board to a file, which you can then upload to restore it all. (Not necessarily at the same location, either.)

Apparently 'hoku didn't have access to that on the old board (paid feature only).
I brought it up earlier in the day and that was the response I received. *shrug*
