finding the real me

ok well i would really like some help in finding the real me
can someone please help me out????
tell me what you need to know to help me out ok

No one can tell you who you are but you. However, a lot of us find meditation helpful when it comes to getting in touch with our inner selves.

what is the "real me"? i don't think you can ever figure it out entirely, you can just put together bits and pieces that you learn over the months and years. i still find new things about myself, and i've been in the "community" for a couple of years now.
