Prayer Beads
Since I'm doing more and more of these, I'm just going to open up a single thread for all of them. Here's the first one, creatively titled "Moon Beads" (sarcasm).

[Image: Moon_Beads_by_dentalfloos.jpg]

(right-click and hit view image to see the whole thing)
These were inspired by Karen's Moon Beads: http://www.angelfire.com/my/zelime/beads.html

Instead of doing just one lunar month though, my design reflects the entire lunar year of 13 moons. The pattern goes like this: full-waning/quarter-crescent-new-crescent-waxing/quarter-full

Full= Freshwater pearls, largest size
Waning/Quarter= Smoky quartz, second largest
Crescent= Hematite, smallest
New= Obsidian, smallest

These are available for only 10 US$, including shipping (outside of the USA will require a bit more for shipping). Some customizations can be made, but please PM me so that can be discussed.

Re: Prayer Beads
I must say that from personal experience these are fantastic! Mine is made out of small hematite beads, lapis lazuli, onyx? and amethyst beads with a wolf charm on the end that I sent to her and she worked into the design. WhiteFox was a pleasure to work with; very patient with my particulars and even went to several bead stores to acquire the specific beads I had asked for. And my prayer beads are simply beautiful, thank you again!

For the most part yes (and no this isn't the only one available), since there's several different beading places in my area with lots of variety. I can't say how much my limit is though right off the bat, until you list exactly what you want. Then what I'll do is do my best to find it; if not, then I'll let you know what I HAVE found, and everything can be discussed in detail.

Like with elinox (thanks for the public feedback btw!), I can also do customizations along with pre-existing designs. There just might be a bit of a price change (up or down) depending on the amount of customizations you want. Nothing over 20$ at the most though, so it won't be a huge difference.

Elinox: Those black ones were ceramic.

Re: Prayer Beads
Here's Elinox's:
[Image: 1877928.jpg]

Custom-made for Elinox. She sent me the charm and I made the rosary for her, in exchange for one of her antler necklaces. The blue (lapiz lazuli) stones are a bit darker in real life, but just as rich with bright gold flecks. I'm horrid at photography, so please forgive me.

A prayer bead set like this would be about 18-20 US$, including shipping. As always, custom designs are welcome, but may vary by several dollars (up or down).

Materials: Black ceramic beads, Lapiz Lazuli beads, Hematite spacers, Amethyst crystal (at the end), Metal wolf charm, Nylon coated wire

Re: Prayer Beads
Those are fabulous! When money is slightly less...squeaky, I'll have to hit you up for a custom design. ^_~
