Meditation
i guys. Haven't been on in a while but i found a great site that teaches meditation and i figured i could try it to deepen my knowledge and understanding of myself and kin type. So far i've meditated for a week and i feel so happy, and i really appreciate the beauty of life.

http://www.project-meditation.org/?referrerid=2414

Thats the link if any of you want to check it out.
If any of you join please post 2 posts because it makes you an active member and counts as a proper referal.
Theres a referal competition where the one with the most referals at the end of the month gets a prize worth $50
But its not just about that. I hope some of you will stay on the community as they're really nice friendly people and i'm sure some would be very interested with the concept of Otherkin.

P.S you also get 2 free downloads that help teach meditation. THey seem very useful.

The technology used is called "Lifeflow" which uses certain waves such as binaural and isochronic waves, to send your mind into a deeper state of relaxation.
The info's on the site but its been scientifically proved to release more seratonin which is the "happy drug" and generally makes you life better.

P.P.S: the prize for the competition is access to this website. http://www.mediheaven.com
Browse the library downloads. They seem good and if i win then i'll be happy to share the downloads with you guys

Re: Meditation
Well, my thoughts upon hitting the link was "ARGH! Who's bloody idea was it to put that stupid narration on automaticly."
I looked around a bit more though, even if my initial reaction was a negative one (I do not do first impressions really, my first thoughts on a subject/person/object/whatever always get pushed aside for the sake of making sure I take the time to make up my mind based on actual content/personality/whatever rather than just the first thing I see/hear/smell/whatever), and decided that there was nothing there that I couldn't get elsewhere with less time, effort and cost to myself.
Just a hint to why this thread might not move much. The site probably doesn't fit too many people too well.

Re: Meditation
Yeah i agree that the site initially is a bit annoying with that guy talking and registration is a bit confusing but the downloads are well worth it.
Usually you'd have to pay hundreds for something like it but he gives them to you practically for free. Its based on points. You earn points on the forums and other tasks and when you have enough you can download one of the "lifeflow tracks".
Lifeflow tracks use waves that have been scientifically proved to release more seratonin which is the "happy drug". It also increases creativity and really benefits your body.
Registration is free and you wont lose anything if you register and find you don't like it but you get a free lifeflow track once you've registered that you can download and listen to.
It helped me so much! and i'm about 80% happier than i used to be.

I hope that explains this a bit more.
