I recognize some names from OKA. I'm not sure what happened to the site, so I finally tried some of my other "kin" related bookmarks and here I am. For those who don't know me I'm an angelkin with past life memories that put me here on Earth since before war broke out in heaven. I often feel like I live on a different time scale than most other humans, in that I somehow see a bigger picture and can't make myself care about the temporary problems that occupy so many people's attention. Species come and go, but the Earth remains. Who really cares about fads and styles, ever changing technology, or fleeting moments of fame in society? People will change their minds again by tomorrow, so why bother trying to be on top of anything they are fascinated with today?

And yes, OKA went down at the end of September. Seems to have happened without any warning or notification as to why or if it will be back.
