Hey there!
Hello!
I'm Xenogenesis, but call me Xeno
Now, I'm 16 years old and i'm female..
There's really very little to say about me really, I'm very generic Tongue I like art.. and doodling, i love science and Spend a lot of time with my dog and rodents
Now, in regards to my kintype, i'm a little.. fuzzy. There are a few things i should make clear before i delve into my many thoughts on that;
Firstly, I'm Therian AND otherkin (As far as i can tell!)
Secondly I'm awful with vocab.. I'm probably going to refer to things incorrectly for quite some time *cheesy grin*
Finally, I can be a very.. uh.. mixed bag. Take hyper, happy, and funloving and mix it with deep, moody and reflective. I STRANGE mish-mash right?

Now then; Kintype.
Well.. For the therian part - I'm indefinite on nearly everything.. I'm pretty sure i fall into the category of the extinct species Creodont.. as well as several others!
Now.. for the moment you may or may not have been waiting for; My otherkin type.
I would like to point out, this is a very recent discovery. I still have no idea. I can, however, describe select details to you Who knows, maybe someone can help me figure this out Tongue
It's black and sort of.. goopy. Like tar, i suppose. It's neck is long and thick (Picture the length of you leg here), And it has four limbs. The teeth are HUGE.. and seem to.. absorb into the goop when they aren't needed. The eyes glow (Sorta) and it's front (arms?) limbs are elongated and quite thin.. I (we, it?) has hands with long tapered fingers and the back legs are somewhat muscled. It's face is sort of.. smooth, but it tapers a little (I can't really describe this That's pretty much all i can say at the moment.. I literally have no idea what category i fall into.

Sorry for the LONG LONG intro you guys.. :3 *begs* Forgive mehhh

Re: Hey there!
Welcome Therians *are* otherkin, so refer to kintypes however you personally see fit. It's always cool to see someone with an extinct theriotype. I'm curious what led you to the Creodont order. In terms of your non-therian kintype, it almost sounds like a variation on a shadow being...being physical and goopy as opposed to non-corporeal.

Welcome! I recognize you from elsewhere.

I also second Sera's question about what led you to reach the conclusion you did in regards to theriotypes.

I hope you enjoy your stay!

Re: Hey there!
Hello and welcome to the forums.

Your profile says “multiple,” are you part of a multiple system, or do you mean you have more than one kintype (polykin/polytherian)?

Re: Hey there!
Welcome to OKP!

When I read your description of the goopy, black tar form I thought of slenderman. Perhaps that 'kin type is shadowkin in nature?

Re: Hey there!
Thank you for all the warm welcomes!
And yes, i suspect a few members on here may recognize me from other sites, I felt it was time to join a site aimed at a wider range of otherkin (Not in a derogatory way to other sites I'm part of! I still love you guys! ;3)

It's an interesting thought The shadowkin thing - I think that it might be very closely related or spot on - It's odd really, Fred (I'm going to refer to it as.. Fred, for now (even though it's me..) :3) seems to alter from day to day, depending on my mood. Today Fred has several spines on his back and a tail, whereas yesterday, Fred had no spines and no tail. I don't know if this is related to the whole 'goopy' part, or if Fred is still.. for want want of a better word, evolving.

Now, in answer to your questions;

How did i come to the creodont order?
Well, it's actually quite an odd story.. I was re-watching some old programs I found on dvd (Walking with beasts, should you be interested!) Of course, those programs contain several extinct species - including a hyaenodon (Part of the Creodont order).
That night, i dreamed about a fuzzy outline of the hyaenodon - but thought nothing of it at the time. Every night for nearly two weeks it KEPT coming back. Then i thought it through (At the time, i was still trying to narrow down my kintype), i began to wonder.. could this be related? I done research and sure enough, several individuals had found their own extinct theriotypes in a similar way. Since the outline was blurry and indistinct, I took it to mean not the actual animal it was showing, but instead that 'family'.. So that led me to Creodont

Am i multiple? Or just poly?
Well, as far as i can tell, I am poly - However, I have suspicious about multiplicity. Just vague feelings, sometimes It's like i'm channeling more than one persons emotion, or i feel 'off' in a strange way. Maybe i'm just unstable Tongue Maybe not.. I don't know

Again, thanks for the warm welcome, this seems like a great community :3
