Well, the most obvious phantom limbs that I feel are phantom wings. I feel them probably eighty to ninety per cent of the time. They're in proportion to my body, so they're fairly large, given the average height of a human. I begin feeling where they join to my back up in my shoulder blades, and from there I feel them down to my lower back. The 'joint', I guess it's called (I'm not all that savvy on wing anatomy - What I mean is where it feels like the wings are joined to my flesh), runs down my back diagonally, so that the wings are like "\ /" on my back.
I also feel something like feathers or a frond-like substance, kind of like a little mohawk, on my head. Rather, I feel phantom weight from it, and I feel that funny feelings when hair on your head moves and you feel it against your scalp. My feet also very, very occasionally feel clawed, but it's rare that I'll feel a phantom alteration to my feet.
Humm. During mental shifts, I feel as if I have a very sentry-like mindset. I feel as if I want to watch, and possibly stand guard (over my own possessions). It's a sort of watching-and-hunting frame of mind. I can't explain it more than that, because I just don't know how to yet. Because of my mental shifts and phantom limbs, I just feel like I'm (non-physically) something other than human. That's as far as my gut feeling is, I just really, truly feel that way about it.

Some of that is answered above. As for species dysphoria, I just feel uncomfortable in human skin and human society. I know it's not something that can really be used to point one toward being Other, but it's the little things that accumulate.
