Haha, thanks to dict.leo.org!
Well, I found out on a shamanic journey when a spirit there, also a gryphon suggested that I should look at myself and led me to a lake with a reflective surface. Thats when I saw what it was. I could feel that body too, and it felt perfectly natural. I know you can change your body into anything there, but it just happened, and it was the 'default' body on shamanic journeys from then on.
I don't really have many memories. It's just some incoherent pieces. I didn't make a past life regression with a therapist or something like that, only meditation with the goal to find out more about this possible gryphon past life.
And there are the other symptoms. Phantom limbs, though not always and not everything at once, the sensation that the human body has the wrong proportions, and I always had the feeling that I wasn't quite human somehow and not really a part of society. Any of these reasons can be explained away, but this doesn't change how I feel, and I learned that repressing it isn't a solution. So why not identify with it?
