Greetings from the Nether
Hello. I'm not sure how to go about introducing myself so I'll start with how I discovered Otherkin. I am a college student of psychology and I've always had an interest in the paranormal. One day I stumbled across this idea of being inwardly "other than human" and it intrigued me, so I thought the best way to find out more is to live amongst them, so to speak.
I've studied many occult topics, although I admit I'm not prudent in practicing. My favorite animal is a hawk, take that however you like. I enjoy reading and studying, writing, going to movies, and hanging out with friends.

Welcome to OKP.

I assume from your username that you've seen the movie 'Underworld'?

"Live amongst them" Why do I suddenly feel like I'm on National Geographic or Animal Planet? Quick everybody! Pick your noses!

Make sure you get my good side. *poses*

It is an intriguing subject though isn't it?

Anyway, welcome, make yourself at home! We have several human-kin running around here, and probably a few chaos magicians as well.

Umm... human kin? By that do you mean humans who have lived on different planets, or humans who have just had past lives? I don't know that I'd consider that to be kin.. I guess I'm sort of confused.

Oh and welcome, Corvinas.

Re: Greetings from the Nether
I think what was meant was "non-kin", as in human who aren't otherkin, but I can't be sure.

I thought it was a mutation of the word "corvus" which is a crow constilation. Allthough, I've never seen this movie. XD

yes, human-kin is just "plain human", we use that because "non-kin" sounds so condescending.
