Favorite 80's movies!
What are some of yours?

I just watched both Footloose and Flash dance the other day (becuase dad found a two in 1 DVD with both those movies on them) and they were decent, I much preferred Flash dance to Footloose despite the fact that Kevin "I want his sexy" Bacon was in it. Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey was pretty awesome as well not to mention Tron xD.

Re: Favorite 80's movies!
Labyrinth, I cannot stress this enough.
I also enjoyed the whole A Nightmare On Elm Street series, Karaté Kid, The Goonies... damn, that list goes on and on. Mostly because as a kid in the 90s weekend afternoons had A LOT of 80s movies on TV.
Gremlins are also amazing, are those from the 80s? I had a Gizmo plushie that came in a box and everything, I behaved for like a week to get enough mobey to buy it
The 80s had some great movies...

Re: Favorite 80's movies!
I can't remember alot of them, cause I watched them when I was still chibi-Kayako, but I was always fond of Labyrinth (still remember the line of the poem she could never remember!), The Last Unicorn, and The Neverending Story.

Haha, I remember how my dad used to have to rent those several times a month. And that my mom would complain about the tree in the Last Unicorn having boobs.

Re: Favorite 80's movies!
You know, there was this awesome movie envolving a band, they get a job playing somewhere and one of the girls ends up falling in love with the owner of the bar... the bands ends up getting a proposition to go and tour Europe, but they decide to stick with the girl. It was really weird, but it was entertaining. Does anybody know what that's called?
