Faries or Pixies
Hello Fae forum!

Does any fae kin have Fairies or Pixies that hang around? (though I'm sure it's possible I've never met fairy kin). Oddly enough despite my angel-christian ness I DO have a group of about 6 or 7 light pixies that like to hang around. They love my room especially (its so messy). Thier favorite hang out it my hair, most specifically near my scalp (when my head itches for no reason, I know they're taking a snooze).

Does anyone else have any nice "fairy stories" to share?

(Runs up) Boo! There you have met a Faerie!! (scampers off)

faeries, pixies, nixies, sylphs, and an assortment of other Fae like to hang around anyone that believes in them or welcomes them. However I would caution about opening yourself or your home up too much to them. Their idea of helping and manners is a bit different than ours.

I have a few faeries that hang around me and one or two pixies as well. They like to pose for photos with me

EEP! *jumps out of socks*

Heehee yeah, mine just kind og like to either stay in my hair or play around in my room (actually most of my otherkin friends get rather distracted when they come into my room, like "ohh that's shiny, off look at that! ohhh lookit lookt!) the pixies have the same reaction. Never seen anything other than light pixies, maybe one or two pine pixies around but not much else .

Re: Faries or Pixies
And now you've met another.

The fae seem to be a fairly rare sort of kin, although we are around. I find that the fairies I meet are more comfortable in blending in with human society than some other forms of kin. The fairies have had a long history in being connected to and intertwined with human affairs. I often wonder if this is why there seems to be less fae in the "kinmunity" than there are other sorts (vamps. demons, angels, weres), because perhaps they just think "I'm just a really jazzy human".

I've always thought that pixies were a type of fairy (or fae). Sort of like how a hawk is a bird of prey/raptor.
