All humans are psychic?

I see it like drawing...

Every last person who can hold a pen in a hand, a mouth, a foot, etc... can draw..
But not all of them can draw something recognizable.
And to draw something really awesome takes a lot of practice.

According the research done by the US Military on their own Remote Viewing Project, they concluded that all humans are indeed psychic. The big difference is "signal-to-noise ratio". We all get signal of varying strengths, and we all get noise of varying intensity, but the ones we recognize as psychics are the ones who can successfully seperate their signal from their noise.

I second what everybody else said. There's a very little portion of the brain fuctions that is (apparently) used. I agree with Freetha's description -- everybody can hold a pen and doodle, but some people can draw really well. Basically what happens here, everybody (or almost) has the potential or at least some, but a few people have it more developed and stronger than others.
