A few of my abilities

Ok to start with I can astral project I cant always control where I'm going though so that kinda sucks I have foresight incase you don't know what that is its the ability to see the future a lot of people think its easy to think of a way to change the possible future but in truth I can only see the events I can't tell people when. The events happen its never that easy in fact its nearly impossible sometimes I see things that happens in the present time sometimes the past but mostly the future. To be more detailed I see the future that has to do with me or to someone close to me sometimes I can see the future of someone else but I have to see their face.

Another ability I have I can only use in the astral plane and its to summon a guardian called a eidolon and its different for every person with this ability and each eidolon has its own name and I only know four others. Sometimes I have visions with my foresight that I can't control it happens when something important is going to happen or is happening. And my most resent one was a day or so ago and it made me think maybe theirs more then just five of us in the vision I saw two eidolons that I had never seen before and they looked like they were going to choose their partners I did not see who they chose but I did see them disappear before the vision ended. Does anyone else know about eidolons and I want a honest answer not something that someone thought would be funny to say and make fun of me.

You don't happen to be a fan of Farscape do you? I ask because "eidolons" were an alien species in the Peacekeeper Wars.

Also, do you have any evidence that what you're doing is astral as opposed to it just being in your mind? I'm not trying to be mean, but everyone should clearly evaluate that Otherkin-type things aren't just normal, human stuff first.

First of all thats as good as I can get my grammar to be sorry if you can't read it and I find it rather insulting. Second of all I've never heard of farscape is that a game or something. And last of all how the heck am I suppose to clearly evaluate something in another plane of existence when I cant take any pictures to prove anything that had happened. That would be like me asking proof for what anyone else claims that happens to him/her I just take into account it happened and if I don't agree I don't ask for any proof because theirs no way to find any proof.

Half the stuff that goes on in the world can't be proven its a fact of life.

now don't be insulted. spelling is not so much the problem, perhaps you could make your sentences shorter though.

also, we're not asking you for proof. nobody here can prove anything really. what elinox wanted to know is: did you base your list of abilities on things that happened once, or did you watch them over a long time? have you searched for any mundane explanations or tested yourself (like, predicting stuff and then seeing if it really happened)? it's easy to explain everything that doesn't have an obvious explanation with metaphysical theories, but sometimes things are not as supernatural as they might seem.

Well I've called my eidolons several times but a most of the time theirs either no need to or I forget I'm still working on my awareness while I'm in the astral plane its harder then it seems. Each time I need to call me eidolons is mostly during a small battle or a big one. And the foresight is not what most people think it is I cant control what I see. Most of the time I control when I see a vision and sometimes I cant control it at all and there has been one thing I said would happen and years latter it did.

Start a journal. Every time you have a vision, write it in the journal in *pen* and date it. Then when you think it has come to pass, go and check that journal entry.

@elinox: according to wikipedia, an eidolon is also a "greek concept of a shade or astral double of a living being", so that wouldn't be a bad name for a guardian spirit, i guess. <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!-- s -->

Not to mention they're also the name of Final Fantasy IX's summoned beast/guardian/monster/spirits that you bring out in battle, unique between the summoners, meaning no one else has your Eidolon.

@kahoku: Have you tried meditation I meditate a lot and seems to help with astral projection. I used to astral project by chance awhile back but I now do all the time. Do you have dreams because dreams is the same thing and meditation helps with awareness.
